Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sauntera mobile application ("Sauntera," "App," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Sauntera Technologies Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada.

By downloading, accessing, or using Sauntera, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use Sauntera, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Be legally permitted to use the App under applicable laws

You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Account sharing is not permitted.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or post within the App ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Sauntera a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You agree that your content will not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Contain harassment, hate speech, or illegal material
• Impersonate another individual

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Sauntera offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Subscription Details

• Subscription title, duration, and price are displayed within the App prior to purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. Sauntera Technologies Inc. does not directly process subscription payments made through the App Store.

5. Privacy

Your use of Sauntera is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, design elements, and software within Sauntera (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Sauntera Technologies Inc.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Service Availability

Sauntera is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted service
• That the App will be error-free
• Accuracy or completeness of location-based recommendations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sauntera Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time within the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

You agree to waive participation in class action proceedings where permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website.

Continued use of Sauntera after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
