Terms and Conditions of Use for Sauntera

Welcome to Sauntera! These Terms govern your use of the Sauntera app and website. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Sauntera Technologies Inc. Please review these Terms carefully.

1. Eligibility and Account

• Be 18+ or age of majority
• Be legally permitted in your country
• Provide accurate registration info

You’re responsible for your account and activity. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Sauntera a non-exclusive license to use it. Content must not violate laws, IP rights, or our guidelines.

3. Safety and Conduct

Respectful and lawful behavior is expected. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, impersonation, spamming, or hacking.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require payment. Payments are processed via app stores and may auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds handled by the store platforms.

5. Privacy

By using Sauntera, you agree to the Privacy Policy. You have rights to access, update, or delete your data.

6. Intellectual Property

All non-user content is owned or licensed by Sauntera. You may not copy or repurpose it without permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Sauntera is provided "as is." We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or data accuracy. Use at your own risk.

8. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or policies.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms follow the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or Ontario courts. Class actions are waived.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept changes.
